An excellent fit for strolling around in Great Malvern with exceptional value. The breakfast had a good mix of options. Check the water pressure in your bathroom before settling in.

The shower was fantastic, but the room smelled like dogs.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and friendly staff who helped me with a bottle of water on my first stay. I'll always recommend it for my city trips!

We had a lovely stay in the superior double room, enjoying the cozy bar and the dog-friendly amenities like a comfy dog bed and treats. The garden area was perfect for unwinding, with plenty of spots to relax under the apple trees. Everything was fantastic, but a bit more space for dogs to roam would have been nice. 🐾

The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Malvern Hills. The views from the dining room were stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly, always there when I needed assistance. I enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning. everything was freshly cooked and delicious. My room was comfortable, though a bit dark due to the decor. I had trouble with the heating. it was either too warm or not warm enough at times. The bathroom was clean and well-kept, but on one occasion, I had to wait a bit for hot water. it was a pleasant stay despite the minor issues.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay for 3 nights with my dog. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Malvern Hills, and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was superb, offering gluten-free options, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My only suggestion would be to provide more seating in the bar area during busy times.
