An excellent fit for strolling around in Great Malvern with really good value. The breakfast had a good mix of options. Check the water pressure in your bathroom before settling in.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is has lots of character, nothing like the big chain hotels. Would recommend.

The best low-budget hotel I ever visited before. The room was recently refurbished and airy with private bathroom and the view was magnificent. Apart from that, Jubilee Hill was 10 minutes' drive away.

Not enough fresh air in restaurant especially, placement of twin room at back of hotel somewhat disappointing

The staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the food was superb.

Excellent friendly staff throughout. Great value. Good food. Excellent relaxed (not rowdy) friendly atmosphere in hotel bar. Breakfast included in price and again very good. Would return again with no hesitation.
If I had to criticise anything it would be that the walls between our room and the neighbouring one was a bit thin & i could plainly hear another couple talking. Meal portions were just about right, though could have done with a few more chips with my steak ;)

Nice hotel with great wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and friendly staff who helped me with a bottle of water on my first stay. I'll always recommend it for my city trips!

We could hear the conversation and the television in the next room. The room and bathroom were inadequately heated and the bed was too small.

Conveniently situated for local schools Walking on the Malvern Hills Train to Malvern
We paid £220 for two nights for our double A colleague who booked directly paid £65 for a single room So it is difficult to know if we might have paid less by booking directly
